Current UNE Staff: In taking up this appointment, please be aware your current fixed term or permanent role will cease the day prior to you taking this position
$ 87,051 to $ 95,685 ( pro rata if Part time) per annum (HEO6)
Plus 17% employer superannuation
Salary packaging options are available
5 weeks annual leave plus Christmas week shutdown, per annum.

About the role
The UNE Taree Coordinator is based at UNE Taree and manages the Taree-based facility, including staff, finance and infrastructure. Using a high degree of initiative, the incumbent will collaborate in the delivery of the strategic objectives of the University as they relate to the engagement and retention of students, recruitment/promotion and community engagement. The position provides a high quality support service for current and prospective students, staff of UNE, alumni and the Taree community and assists in enhancing the stature of UNE in the MidCoast region. This position reports to the Senior Manager (Tamworth & Regions).

About UNE Campuses
Campuses includes the UNE Metro Sydney campus at Parramatta, UNE Tamworth campus, UNE Taree Centre and the UNE study rooms across the New England region and North West NSW.
UNE Taree is located at the Manning Mall Shopping Complex at 91 Manning Street, Taree and consists of student/community space incorporating study/meeting rooms, computer labs, office space and breakout areas. The Centre serves more than 560 students located in the MidCoast area https://www.une.edu.au/study/study-centres/taree.

This position is a parental leave replacement and the appointment is subject to the staff member's leave arrangements. Should the staff member on parental leave vary their return to work arrangements, this contract may be terminated earlier by giving four weeks notice.
Current UNE Staff: In taking up this appointment, the appointee will need to seek approval from the Head of Cost Centre to be released from their substantive position for the duration of the secondment.
