YAF24: A Celebration of Young People, Art and Community
On April 13, 2024 our community came together for YAF24, an annual event dedicated to immersing young individuals aged 12 to 24 in the vibrant arts scene of our region. This year's event, filled with workshops, performances, and a spirit of togetherness, proved to be a resounding success, leaving a lasting impact on all who attended.
Preceded by our Beats on the Bank: Live & Loud event on Friday 12 April, what followed was a brilliant showcase of the emerging talent we have in our region, supported by community leaders and talented industry professionals who generously shared them time, insights and passion.
Workshops: A Hub of Creativity and Learning
The day began with a series of engaging workshops that offered attendees a chance to dive deep into various art forms. Participants had the opportunity to learn new skills, explore different artistic techniques, and express themselves in a supportive environment.
