NAIDOC Activities
Taree Universities Campus (TUC) is proud to have hosted a vibrant community march and cultural ceremony to mark the beginning of NAIDOC Week 2025. The event, organised by the Biripi Aboriginal Corporation Medical Centre (ACMC), brought together the community to celebrate the 50th anniversary of NAIDOC under the theme "The Next Generation: Strength, Vision and Legacy."

The march concluded at TUC, featuring a Welcome to Country and a performance by the Taree High Dancers. The event culminated in the raising of both the Aboriginal and the Torres Strait Islander flags, with Ngarralinyi Radio Station broadcasting from the campus, conducting interviews with those in attendance.
The TUC team were pleased to have the NAIDOC celebrations as our first official event post-flood, setting the tone for our continued efforts towards recovery.
