  • We have 3 private study booths available to book, exclusively for our registered TUC students.

    If you’re currently studying, or are about to study with an Australian University, you may be eligible to register with TUC.

  • Conveniently on Level 1 near the entrance. Equipped with a Smartscreen, whiteboard, three large tables, AC, and a small kitchenette (inc. Urn). Connect your laptop to the Smartscreen for presentations.

    Please note: Given the nature of this particular space, bookings must align with our ethos of fostering learning, connection, development, and growth.

  • Located on Level 1 just off the lobby. This versatile space is equipped with a SmartScreen (whiteboard), three desks, and AC. Connect your laptop to the SmartScreen for seamless presentations.

    Comfortably seating 10-12 people, it's perfect for small classes, tutoring, private meetings, or board meetings.

  • Situated on Level 1 in the back section of the lobby. This spacious area features a Smartscreen, tables and chairs, AC, balcony access with river & park views and a small kitchenette with a sink and bench (inc. Urn). Connect your laptop to the Smartscreen for presentations.

    Comfortably accommodating 20-30 people, it's ideal for small events, gatherings, and networking meetings.

  • Located on Level 1 and equipped with a Smartscreen, whiteboard, and either four large tables or 10-15 small desks, along with AC for comfort. Connect your laptop to the Smartscreen for presentations.

    With a capacity of 20-25 people, it's ideal for medium-sized classes, tutoring sessions, or meetings.

  • Situated on Level 2, with features such as a Smartscreen, whiteboard, six desks, AC, sink, and bar fridge. Connect your laptop for presentations.

    Ideal for small classes or meetings, accommodating 15-20 people.

  • Located on Level 2, features include a SmartScreen, whiteboard, chairs, large table, bar counter, and bench cupboard. Connect your laptop to the Smartscreen or use the projector and screen.

    Comfortably accommodating 25-30 people, it's ideal for large meetings, workshops, or small events.

  • Access via Level 2, ideal for large events, workshops and conferences with sweeping views of the Manning River and surrounding scenery.

    Features include a Smartscreen, whiteboard, optional table and chairs, optional large table, stage, optional bar, and optional kitchen. Connect your laptop to the Smartscreen, use the projector and screen, or utilise PA systems. Comfortably accommodating 100-120 people,

    1. TUC grants and the Hirer accepts a licence to enter and use the Premises for the Use for the Term.

    2. On presentation of a tax invoice from TUC, the Hirer will pay the Occupation Fee set out in the Details.

    3. The Hirer agrees:

      1. To use the Premises for the Use and for no other purpose.

      2. To use the Premises at the times and dates as set out in the Details.

      3. To pay the Occupation Fee.

      4. That all persons on the property of TUC are required to abide by its By-Laws, Rules, and other regulations. The Taree Universities Campus on request will provide detailed information on these.

      5. To ensure that the Premises and its surrounds are always in an appropriately clean condition.

      6. That TUC will take no responsibility for any of the Hirer’s employees, agents, contractors, invited guests materials or equipment left on the Premises.

      7. That the Hirer is financially liable for any damages sustained to the Premises whether through their own action or through the action of their contractors, sub-contractors or guests and clients attending any function booked by the Hirer.

      8. To keep TUC indemnified against any claims or liability for damage, loss or injury which may occur to the property or employees, agents, contractors, invited guests of the Hirer or to any of the persons listed in Clause 4(a) as a result of the Hirer’s actions or negligence.

      9. To direct any requests and concerns to the Chief Executive Officer.

    4. TUC agrees as follows:

      1. The employees, agents, contractors, invited guests of the Hirer and persons delivering or collecting goods or providing other services at the Premises will have access to the Premises during the hours specified in the Details.

      2. TUC will not interfere with the reasonable use of the Premises by the Hirer during the Term of this Licence.

      3. The persons listed in Clause 4(a) will be entitled to use the facilities of the Premises under the supervision of the Hirer.

      4. TUC assumes liability for loss or damage to the property or employees, agents, contractors, invited guests of the Hirer as a result of TUC’s actions or negligence.

    5. TUC retains the right to enter the Premises at any time and to eject the Hirer for any breach of this licence.

    6. TUC may cancel this Licence without notice if extraordinary or unusual circumstances warrant such action.

    7. Either party may terminate this Licence by giving 48 hours written notice of termination at any time for breach of any term contained in this Licence.

    8. Nothing in this Licence confers on the Hirer any rights as a tenant. The relationship between TUC and the Hirer is one of Licensor and Licensee.

    9. A party giving notice under this Agreement to the other party must give that notice in writing. The notice may be served by personal delivery to the address of the other party or by email sent to that address. A notice is deemed to be received on the date of delivery (if served by personal delivery) or when the sender’s email system provides a confirmation of the successful transmission to the receiver’s email system (if sent by email).
